We will only contact patients who have been treated by one of our clients facilities. Our clients patients provide consent to be contacted by telephone, email, and SMS messaging at time of visit via verbal consent, check-in process, discharge process, or at the discretion of facility.

Our clients agree to J.L. Morgan contacting their patient once Service Agreement contract is signed by J.L. Morgan and client.
