6. Additional Information Regarding Patient Data

• We collect patient names and contact information with the consent of our clients.

• We will only contact patients who have been treated by one of our clients facilities. Our clients patients provide consent to be contacted by telephone, email, and SMS messaging at time of visit via verbal consent, check-in process, discharge process, or at the discretion of facility.

  • Our clients agree to J.L. Morgan contacting their patient once Service Agreement contract is signed by J.L. Morgan and client.​

 

7. Use of Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve our website and services.

• Send you information about our company and services (applicable to you, not patients).

• Respond to your inquiries.

• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

• Send emails, calls, and texts to our clients' patients for purposes related to their healthcare.
